Arrival at Lisbon Airport and reception at our Grupeto Bike Shop Café. Preparation for the 3h trip to Algarve. After the check in and lunch, we will make a quick tour close to our HQ, aka hotel.

First stage in Algarve and time to spin the legs, even if you ride with an e-bike (optional). We'll go for a 90 km ride by the ocean to clear our head and body.

The second stage in Algarve is going to be amazing, with a ride of more or less 80 km and little surprise at the end just for fun and relaxation. On the afternoon, you'll see Algarve from a different perspective inside a boat.

This is the climbers stage, we'll be riding to the surprising atmosphere of Fóia and fun doing it. For relaxation, the afternoon is free time for you to enjoy your way.

We'll get deep inland and explore the hills and mountains that border Algarve and Alentejo. You'll forget about the beach until later on when you take a well deserved dive into the ocean.
After, it’s time to taste wine and relax…

To relax and say goodbye - for now - to Algarve. A light and leisure ride to have fun and share a few more agreeable moments all together.

The time has come for us to return and go back to Lisbon for the trip home.

You will pedal leisurely on the roads or gravel down south in Portugal, enjoying the beauty of the landscape but with a touch of conquest that we get in any bike ride.
bike and gear
Although Algarve is known for its good weather, it's best to come prepared with cycling and warmer casual clothing, because the region has large thermal amplitudes especially in the winter at night. Road or gravel bikes for this tour are included, but as an extra option you can use an electric bike.
